description
Unlike Victoria’s other heroines, I did not connect with Meredith, or did I like her much. Sometimes she was okay, and then there were a lot of times I just didn’t like what she did or how she acted. She is nothing like her sister Melanie, who I actually liked.
And I totally adored Gage, who we first meet in the first book, The Rancher’s Second Chance which is Cole and Melanie book. Gage is what saved this book for me. Gage is everything you would want in a book boyfriend. He’s country, Knows how to treat a lady and he takes care of what’s his. What’s not to love?
The Plot…
A broken cowboy meets an uptight city girl from a rich family. Yeah, I love those books too. I liked the plot. It wasn’t noting new or anything, but I  liked anyways. I will say that you get a bit of mystery where Gage’s family comes in. You know nothing at all and it gives him this mystery vibe about him you want to know about his family and his past…and you it all comes out in the open eventually.

Overall thoguths…
I enjoyed it. I didn’t like it as much as some of her other books. I didn’t like Meredith all that much. But I did like everyone else and they kind of saved the story for me. I would just say give the book a try ya never know. Maybe you’ll actually like her. Happy ReadingJ
