Review | 3.5(ish) stars

Well, Travis wasn't one of my favorite heroes Lani has ever wrote. I just didn't like how he dealt with his ex wife and those issues. And I hated how Hannah pined after Travis. I didn't hate the book, but I also didn't like a few things either. Lani has wrote some awesome heroes, but Travis is just ok for me.

Overall, it was ok to me. Travis and Hannah had a few moments that I really enjoyed. And there was a certain scene I wished she would have knocked him over the head with a frying pan. He was such an idiot. I think this book is either going to be you either love it or hate it or your like me and only liked it.

Ready to read the next in the series. And I want to know what's up with Dante. You know some of his past, but I'm ready for it all.

💙Review | 4 stars💙

I absolutely love this author and her books. I know she only has a few out but, HORNET series is so freaking good. You can tell the author does extensive research for her books.

And her plots for these books are awesome. I love me a good romantic suspense book. Tonya's are the best.

Jesse was a good character. I really liked how the author portrayed him and his life. I'm sure lots of people can relate to him and his situation.  Jesse kicked ass and I just enjoyed his down to earth character.

Lance is the kind of heroines I like to read about; kickass, can pretty much take care of her self and she doesn't need someone to save her every five minutes. And she still has a vulnerable side that she shows Jesse.

Overall : it's a very good romantic suspense book and a great addition to the series. Loved Jesse and Lanie. And I really enjoyed Lanie with Jesse's son. Right amount of romance to suspense. Plenty of both.

Colton Allyster is relieved to be back home. After a year of rehabilitation, losing his career as a Marine along with his fiancé, he’s had to learn quickly what’s really important. Ever since Gia Caro arrived in the small, sleepy town of Ruby Falls, Tennessee, her life has spiraled out of control. Between losing her grandmother a little more each day to dementia, and her hot boss’s constant attention, her once quiet existence isn’t so quiet anymore.

After weeks of sidestepping Colton, things get out of hand, and before Gia knows what’s happening, she’s spending her nights in his bed and her mornings in his kitchen. And as he cleans out drawers and makes room in his closet, she starts to wonder if she’s falling too fast.

I really liked Colton and Gia. Colton wasn't as Alpha as some of her other characters, or he didn't seem like it to me. He was still protective and only wanted Gia after he saw her, like ARR is known for.

And Gia was a sweetheart and very innocent. She was a very likable heroine.

Overall, I really liked Falling Fast. Aurora writes awesome books. I haven't read one of hers I didn't like. If you liked her previous books you'll like this one. Romance, suspense, it's all there.

I had everything I ever wanted, living the dream, at least that's what I always thought. The night we met, we had an instant attraction, but she was with someone else. When we reunited a few months later, that pull was still there, stronger than ever. So strong, that even though she was hundreds of miles away, I pursued her. I told myself that I just wanted to get to know her. Deep down I knew it was more.   I never understood the draw of living in the middle of nowhere. Born and raised a city girl, I never had the desire to leave. Who would have thought a weekend trip to the country would have me questioning myself? It was more than just the country; it's him. The way he looks at me, treats me, that smooth southern drawl. Am I willing to give up my legacy for her? Am I willing to give up my dream for him? Can two souls come together by the force of Southern Attraction?

Review | 3.5 stars

The reason I didn't give this book 4 stars was because Jamie. I liked her for the most part, but she kept saying over and over how she didn't know they were going to work because she liked 5 hours away and all this and that. I wouldn't have been fine with a few times but she just kept saying it. It was annoying.

I loved all of the characters. Mike was so sweet. Sometimes I just like a really cute book. KR's books are always sweet and cute.

If you enjoy sweet books and books that deal with family and friendships this would be the perfect book.
