I
put this book down a few chapters in because I wasn’t feeling it. A few weeks
later I picked it back up and I enjoyed it enough. But it also wasn’t anything
to hype about either. I liked the characters okay.
One
of my big problems was the MC relationship. I liked that they were bestfirends
turn lovers I love those types of books. But this one I just need more of Lyla
and Beck together as a couple.
And
the ending was not one of my favorite ones either. It ended suddenly and I left
me wanting more.
Overall,
I liked it but there was nothing special about the book or nothing in the plot
either book.
So
3.5 out of 5 stars :)
Recommend: Yes.
This is a sweet best friends turns lovers read.
