I was just a tad bit hesitant for Jessie and Ellen's book. After everything that happened in the previous book Ellen and Jessie weren't my favorite. I wasn't a very big fan because Ellen was dating the hero in the previous book and she broke it off with him because of Jessie. I was just going by what I read, but luckily they grew on me.
This was a entertaining read. I'm not going to go into details because people don't like any kind of spoilers but let's just say there was a lot of action/suspense and of course romance.
I liked the fact that this was a second chance romance and that Jessie is a single dad. He's a great father and I love how much he loves his son.
And I really wished Ellen would have stood up to her parents. Bit of course she didn't.
Overall. I reallllly enjoyed Jessie and Ellen's story. At the end of the book Ellen and Jessie do something that just totally make me love them so much more. Ellen has such a huge heart and I really liked that about her.
4 Ellen has such a huge heart stars!💙
