I honestly didn’t know how I was going to feel about this book. I hate ow drama and this had a little bit of it. I thought it was done really well though. This is the kind of ow I can handle. I loved the hero. I liked that at first, kids were not on his bingo card at all. I loved how he handled the situation. 

I also really liked the heroine and her family. I thought they were going to be assholes, but they weren’t. I liked how she handled her pregnancy and tell the child’s father right away. I’m glad she didn’t hide it. 

Overall, it was a very surprising good book. I liked how everything was wrapped up.

I read this book a few months ago and still think about it to this day. I really enjoyed it. I really liked the heroine’s occupation. I love all things True Crime. And so, of she teams up with the hero who is a police officer. 

Overall, I was very satisfied how the book played out. I liked the main characters and the side characters. And of course the animals.

REVIEW | 4 STARS

I enjoyed Roman and Elora’s story. I feel like a lot of people can relate to both characters. Everybody faces loss, and people deal with it differently. 

This book was a little different from ARR’s over books. It was definitely sadder in my opinion. 

I liked Roman and Elora. They both worked through their grief together. And they come out stronger on the other side.

At first, I didn’t really like his family, but after some time I started to like them a little better. I really liked Elora and his grandmother’s friendship. It was so sweet. 

Overall, I liked King of Nothing. It was a little sadder than her previous books, but I still really enjoyed it.

I really like this series. It seems a little different from her other Hot series, but in a good way. I really liked Blaze and Emma. Blaze is the kind of hero you love. Protective, and sweet to the heroine. In this series, the heroes are in deep cover and they can’t be as honest as say some in her regular hot series. I actually didn’t have an issue with this. Usually I don’t like when they hide secrets, but I totally understand in this situation.

Emma was nice. I really liked her in the book. She was nice and sweet, but she wasn’t completely helpless either. I also loved her parents. They were sweet and supportive. 

Overall, I’m loving this series. I can’t wait to get some of the other guys books.

“Attraction and arousal are complicated phenomenons. You have to have the right amount of sympathetic nervous system activity. Your heart races, you tingle, and feel jumpy. I loved Miles, Emma and Wynter! They made such a cute family. I loved how protective Miles was of both, Wynter and Emma. He was a sweetheart. 

My only complaint would be that I wished there would have been a conversation with Wynter’s mother. I get where she was coming from, but at the same time I thought that Emma handled the situation well. I get that Emma was Miles first serious girlfriend and that she didn’t like that Emma would be around her daughter, but if she would have communicated like an adult it would have been better. 

Overall, I really liked this book. I loved their friend group so much. They were all like family. So, I would say it’s 80% romance and 20% suspense. 

I'm excited for the next brother’s book.

I am loving these brothers. I wasn’t sure if i would like this books because it has the second chance trope, and that’s just not one of my favorite tropes. The authors usually never do it justice to be honest. But, with that being said, I thought Kaylee did a good job with it. 

I liked Jordyn and Ryder. They had their vulnerable moments and they had their strong moments. 

I will say I wished Jordyn would have went to Ryder and talked about what was happening before she made a decision about their life. So that was just a tad annoying. 

But, overall it was a great addition to the series.
