I would advise you to
read the first two books in the series first, before you read this one. There
will be spoilers for the two previous books-You have been warned. I would also
recommend that you read Among the Echoes too. Leo is first introduced in that
book.

I
absolutely hated Sarah in the previous two books. Sarah was a bitch, plain and simple
(in the two previous books, more book 1). So you’re probably wondering why I
wanted to read her book. Well, the answer is simple. I wanted to know her
story. I wanted to see why she was such a bitch. I wanted answers (and I got my
answers). Plus I learned who her leading man was. I loved Leo in Among the
Echoes. I also love how Aly connected the characters in Among the Echoes into
Broken Course.
I
liked this book a lot better than the other two. It’s not that I didn’t like
the other two couples it’s just that I didn’t like how they were in their own books. I liked Brett in Stolen Course (Caleb’s
book) and in Broken Course (Sarah’s book). I just didn’t like how he handled
things in his book. And Caleb loved him in Changing Course (Brett’s Book) and
Broken Course (Sarah’s Book). The same goes with Jesse. I loved her in Stolen
Course and Broken course.
Honestly,
I really enjoyed Sarah in this book. She was like two different people. I can
understand that because she has had a shit past 7 years, and her dealing with
the guilt. Plus Aly throws a little twist at the end (which I loved).
