Well, I loved the first book. I loved the Plot, Characters, everything. However in this book, there were a few things that I didn't like.
First thing was Kara. She wasn't my favorite character. I just didn't like her much. I couldn't connect to her. She wasn't what I was expecting. And usually when I don’t like the main character much I don’t usually like the story that much (or if at all).
The book needed more in length. With everything that was going on I thought that it wrapped up to soon. And the thing with Kara’s studio, I felt that that was just random and thrown in.
I did however like that this was second chance romance book. Love those types of books. I also liked the some of the secondary characters (Ice and his crew along with some of Riley’s). And I liked Riley’s brother, Declan. Declan’s book will be interesting for sure.
There is always a book in a series that will be your least favorite, mine so far is this one.
I’m really excited for the next book in the series.
I do recommend that you read this book.
