One fateful morning changes everything.

Ethan McCoy, an ex-Marine-turned-firefighter, has never really cared for any woman. He lives his life to the fullest, enjoying the bad boy stigma and cultivating a particular taste for dominant sex. Girls come and go, allowed to stay only long enough to satisfy Ethan’s wild appetite.
One morning at dawn, Ethan’s fire brigade is called to a fatal house explosion that levels the structure. When he pries open a trap door to the hidden panic room under the house, he finds a gorgeous, though disheveled brunette. Lisbeth instantly turns Ethan’s world upside down, and he’s overcome by the burning desire to protect her, no matter the consequences. ~3 stars~
First book by A.O. Peart that I have read and it
was only Alright. It had a pretty solid story line, however I though the author
lacked in bring the story line to the actual book.
First thing that made me only rate it 3 stars was that through most of the book not much really happened. Not going to give any details but from the start of the book to the place they are heading not much happens.
Second thing was: how the author approached a situation and how she dealt with it. I though she took the easy way out. Yes, she could have done somethings different but it still was a cute book. Another thing that got on my nerves was how he was always talking about how he had many choices in woman. I got that he was hot and could get any woman but after awhile it got annoying.
Now for me to rate it 3 stars you know that I had to have liked something about the book. Well, I actually like several things - first being be was former Military. Oh how I love me some military guys-I just love them.
Second is the author really knows how to write sexual tension between characters. It was off the charts in this book. She done a great job with that.
