I was really anticipating this book. Darby was a mystery that I was so curious about. Now after finally getting his book, i though it was good. Not the worst, but also not the best.
I’ll be honest and say i was expecting a little more out of Darby’s book. After the three other books in the series, Darby was a really hyped up character. I guess what i had pictured Darby to be wasn’t the same as the authors.
I didn’t like how his brothers treated him in his book. But, in their books he was awful. I like Waylynn. I didn’t like her dad though.
I thought she was the perfect fit for Darby. I love enemies to lovers books. Af first this book is that way. And of course as it goes on they start falling for each other.
Overall, I liked Darby’s book, but I was expecting just a little more from his book. I loved Waylynn. I also liked her job. It was different and not your typical job every Tom, Dick, and Harry have.
