This was probably my favorite book in the series! I loved it. It was also one of my most anticipated books. 

So the main characters are a little damaged. The lead guy from his family and the female mc because of what happened to her when she was in the military. I love damaged characters, and while i usually like for it to be the male, I was fine the way it was in the book.

And the suspense! I loved it in this book. I loved the direction the author took. It was more prominent in the second half of the book, but I thought it was fine. 

 

Overall, i enjoyed this series overall. I loved this book. Great romance. Great characters and plot.

Mason and his dog were lovely to read about. Mason was in the Military and after an op that went south Mason struggles everyday. So to help combat his PTSD he gets a dog. 

Avery is a divorced cop who is afraid of relationships. She meets Mason and sparks fly instantly. But, shes very hesitant to start anything. But, theres a threat to Avery, and while Av and Mason try to neutralize the threat they, grow closer together. 

Great romantic suspense read. Really liked the characters and Mason’s dog.

I had the pleasure of reading an arc of Lethal Edge. And i will say it was a great start to her new series. Romance, suspense and great secondary characters. 

I really liked the characters. I loved Tate. He was so protective of his niece and Nina. And he helped strangers that he didn’t even know. I could tell from the beginning that Tate was a good guy. 

Nina was a great heroine. She was smart, funny and was a sweetheart. She was a great match for Tate. 

I love romantic suspense books and Kaylea is a genius with this genre. This book not only had romance, but suspense. And i thought it had the perfect amount of each. In this book Nina will have a few things she goes through that might or might not be deadly.

Wow! What a great ending to the series. Kaylea sure put these characters through the ringer. Beckett is my favorite character in this series. I love how moody and broody he is. And he has such a huge heart. 

The book has several different POV’s. And i liked that we got to see what what each other the characters were feeling and thinking.

Overall, i really liked this book. I loved reading about all of the previous characters. And the characters went through the ringer in this book. I though Kaylea tied up the series nicely.

Beautiful Vengeance was one of my most anticipated books of this series. Kiyomi and Marcus were two characters that i was very curious about. Broken characters are just my cup of tea. And both of the main characters of this book is exactly what they are.

 

Now, everything does wrap up in this book. The architect wasn’t who i was expecting either. So that was a fun little twist i didn’t see coming. There’s action, romance, and of course vengeance. Definitely enough stuff to keep you entertained. 

 

I enjoyed it. I think Kiyomi and Marcus were one of my favorite characters from this series.

I have always been intrigued about Harvard since he was introduced in the first HORNET book. 

The book had just enough suspense to keep me entertained, and it also had the romance. I will say i wasn’t the biggest fan of the pushing and pulling both MC’s had going on in the beginning, but it worked out to my satisfaction. 

Overall, I really liked Harvard. I’m glad i got to see more of his background and learn about his past a little. I will say that all the twist and turns were not really a 

surprise, but it didn’t take away from the book either. I like the original HORNET series a little better though.

I’m enjoying this series immensely. I’m loving that all of the girls are becoming this one big extended family.

This book wasn’t as action packed as some of the previous books in the series, but it had enough to keep my attention.

And, of course the romance. It definitely had that. I really enjoyed their relationship. They fit well together. Reading about Eden and Zack was entertaining and kept my attention.

Overall, great addition to the series. This book gave us more information that we needed to lead us to the main guy thats behind everything. 

The two most messed up people in the series book is finally coming soon. Can’t wait for Marcus and K.
