I really enjoyed getting to see what some of my favorite characters have been up to. If you are like me and you love Trance and Viddy, then you definitely need to read this book. We get to see what they have been up to and their kids too. 

I not going to say much, because of spoilers, but I really liked this book. We get to read about some of favorites! Definitely check this out.

Amelia and Adam meet by chance one day when Amelia’s friend gets her to do a stranger photo shoot. They hit it off instantly and from this point forward Adam and Amelia start spending time together. 

I liked how Adam and Amelia meet. It wasn’t the most most conventual way to meet, but i liked it. 

I liked that Lani threw a little curveball for the plot in the form of a movie star. But, of course he wasn’t a good movie star. He was an asshole and he got exactly what he deserved. 

Overall, i really enjoyed Adam and Amelia’s story. Loved everything about it. Im excited for the Mayor’s book.

Delanie was not my favorite of the twins. I was wasn’t the biggest fan of her personality and she did something towards the end of the book that officialy pissed me off. 

 

Out of the brothers, Bourne was my favorite. He is everything i love in my heroes. He was loyal, protective, and so sweet.  He stepped up and helped Delanie with Asa when Booth was gone. He was in a intense and purposes Asa’s dad. 

 

Overall, i loved Booth. Delanie was my favorite. She pissed me off. 

She was a bitch to Booth towards the end of the book and i haven’t forgiven her for that. She should have been the one to apologize to Booth and not the other way around.

Lani writing YA? Yes, Please!

I really liked Somethin About That Boy. I didn’t know that Lani planned to write a YA book. I’m very glad she did though. 

 

I loved Banner and Perry. I’m glad Lani decided to make Perry half asian. I don’t really read books where the leads are anything but white. And I loved her character. 

 

And Banner. I loved his character too. I really liked how smitten he was with Perry as soon as he laid eyes on her. I love heroes like this. 

 

I also loved both of their parents too. They were great.

 

Now, I though the conflict was solved a little too easy. It was settle with just a few words and everything was over. 

 

Overall, I really enjoyed it. If you like YA and Lani books. I’d say give it a shot.
